I have my mother's PR application that is in progress by Canada high commission, New Delhi, India. I received an email from New Delhi asking to submit the Police clearance certificate. But, I didn't get the complete mailing address in the email.
I found the below address in CIC website and sent it via registered post with tracking number.
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
New Delhi 110 021, India
As per the tracking status, the documents were delivered to New Delhi office. But, unfortunately, I received another email from CIC as a reminder to send the documents. So, I think the documents were not received by the visa office.
Now, I reapplied for the police certificate and not sure on the correct address to send it. Can anyone please share the correct mailing address of New Delhi Canada visa office? I tried to call the Delhi visa office, CIC in Canada and even the VFS Global call center. But, couldn't get the correct address yet.
Please share the address and also if we need to send by courier or by post.
