mailing address changing after getting PPR mail

I got the PPR mail this week, and I just moved to Alberta early july, today, I mailed to Ottawa about the mailing address changing and also changed the address from ECAS, My question is : If I need to waiting for the reply of CIC before sending the passport, or I can send the passport now.

I would wait until the result of your request reflects on ecas or get a confirmation email from CIC. And also, If I were you, I would apply for Mail forwarding at
