Mailed Passports without VAC Cashier's check

Hello,

I got approved for Temporary residence VISA. To Los Angeles Canada VISA center I mailed my passport with request letter and along with that I included pre-paid label attached envelope in the package to courier back my passports using that envelope. I forgot to add TT services Cashier's check for 19.99 USD. Do I have to send Cashier's check again or Pre-Paid Label attached envelope is sufficient??

You definitely need to pay, that is their fee for handling your passport it is not the mailing fee.
I suggest you contact them first.

Thanks for your reply.. I tried reaching out to the contact number provided but unable to connect to any of the representative.. we have two applications approved and mailed 2 passports.. so we need to send 39.98 dollars cashier's check or money order??
