I sent my application to this address:

Case Processing Centre, Sydney
Grant Adults
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, Nova Scotia
B1P 5Z2

I suggest that you use Canada Post Xpresspost service which is trackable and will be signed upon receipt by someone from CIC - Sydney.
