Hello,

Guys i have made a terrible mistake and put 5 instead of 1 in mentioning about the family members in express entry profile. i have submitted the profile and paid the fee. right now, i cant even update or make any change to my profile , i can only view them. i think it has become ineligible. under these circumstances, what should i do? is there any way that information can be corrected because i have mentioned in one of questions of Personal information that i am never married/single but only got that family members question wrong. any kind suggestion would be really appreaciated. please guys someone kindly help me. the worst part is i am not getting withdraw option as well.

try sending a CSE although I don't know how you did that or if you'll have time to send it before they spot your error. good luck

well yeah. I guess you have to be proactive about your mistake

what do you think are chances that they will let go off this mistake and will provide the access to my application again because at this time i can only view form but can not make any change. moreover, its been only 4 days that i have submitted my application.

Don't panic. Use the CSE form here -> https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1

Explain that you made a typo while filling out the form. These things happen, and CIC understands that typos are possible. Try not to sound as desperate as you do in your posts here - I know you're stressed, but if you take a step back and calm down, your CSE has a much better chance of sounding routine. Stick to the facts-

"While filling out the form, I appear to have made a typing error. I filled in 5 family members where I meant to fill in 1. The rest of my application will support that I am only applying for 1 person, myself. Let me know how I can make this right - can you fix it for me on the form, or would you like me to go back in and edit it? Editing would require that you unlock the form. I'm happy to answer any other questions you might have, or provide supporting documentation that you may need."

Or something like that. Keep it simple, succinct, and I'm sure they'll help you out.
