I just wrote my name and my wife's name only. Our PR was granted without any problem. So, don't worry about it at all.

@WILSON

Are you saying that you have n't mentioned your parents name in the additional family information ?
OR

Are you saying the you have also not mentioned it in the native langua ?

I am asking this because i have also done a mistake is the same form.In my Wife form i left the applicant name blank and in spouse i have written her name and then his parent information and then her brothers and sisters information. Any idea will they consider it incomplete. I have asent my application on 12th and adn reached there in 17th Aug.i am worried about it :(

Guys,

It is no big deal if you forgot to write the information in your native language. The CIC is flexible. If you are too worried about it, just send the document separately to the CIC and mention your file number on the envelope. Even if you don't do that, the CIC won't reject your case on such trivial grounds.

I think I am prone to do mistakes in my form schedule 3 Ecnomic Classes - FSW No. 11 Work Experience... I have mentioned my current experience (2 years NOC 0213), than preceding experience which was contract ( 3 months NOC 2173), than following work exp. I mentioned dates but forgot to tick the check box...is that a serious issue??
