Can't he just draw a line through the emergency contact address? and just write in the new one underneath? just asking..

Do not mind about it ... Like you have the liberty to write or change it whenever you want, it is just an extra paper at the back .. as long as you didn't alter the front page (with your info) or at the back with the serial number something .. then everything should be fine

Think about this, if they are so strict about it, then they would have just typed it themselves and not let us do the writing
