Hey guys,
as I am in the process of applying for PR right now, I thought I'd let you know how I stay up to date
with all the application documents, as CIC changes the documents infrequently but wants us to
always use the latest documents.
I'm using MAC, so this only applies to other MAC users.
I created an Automator application to always download the latest forms from whatever category you're applying.
To do this,
- open Automator
- create new Application
- add 'Get Specified URLs' and input all the links to the documents you need
- add 'Download URLs' and change the 'Where' value to where you want Automator download your files
- click 'Run' and check if everything works
- finally, save as Application on your desktop and run before filling out forms or making changes.
