M.Tech in Structural Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad - equivalent to Canadian masters ?

I have learnt from (potatotalkies-popular youtube channel and website for canada immigration guidance) that 2 year M.Tech degree from India will not be considered as Masters in Canada. Can someone help please ?

I have done my M.Tech in structural Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad.
