brother, i have neither received updated docs request nor waiting letter? what should i think? my ecas is in process with date 24. May.

I got in process on 21st march 2012 and got 6-12 months wait letter on 30th march... Atleast u guys won't wait for a big year...

brother kashif, do you think someone gets wait letter immediately after the in process with date? or couldit be anytime between 2 to 3 months to get wait letter? i am already passed 1 month with date but no waiting letter.

aassimm4u2, VO asked me same of u Updated Schedule A .and asking bank statement,payslips and P60 whole year means 7 years payslips as well.

can any one explain why LVO is asking for Updated forms/docs again n again and not sending either MR/Waite letter.?

got refused March 2012
i sent them reconsideration letter along with supporting doc in April 2012
on 13 june they approved my case and Today my Ecas status changed to In process from DM

Hello Friends,

I am June 2010 applicant... still waiting for any response from LVO...

My e-case showed DM and Letter sent on 23rd April 2012, but still no any letter has been received...Last month I was unable to access my e-case for 10 days, but after that when I log in the line DM were removed from there...

now again for the last 8 days I am unable to access my e-case..

Dont know what is happening ????????????????????

I got my caips 2 weeks back. My nxt BFD is 27-07-2012.. An interesting comment by VO made on 23-May-2012 is "Meds to be issued".. Let's see if I will receive MR on July 27, 2012 or few days after..

My IP date is 28-Feb-12, which is also the date of letter from VO requesting for updated forms, PCC, Birth certificate, Trvel forms, & RPRF... No, I did not received 6-12 month wait letter.. I applied caips first week of June from lawpoint. The caips notes reached me before 45 days, which is the expected delivery period.

The caips notes are pretty helpful, especially when you want to know some movements of your applications, and what sort of documents VO might still request in the future.. For example, I was so worried before that the rprf did not reach the VO as it is still outstanding till now.. I kept on checking with my bank the status but it is still not encashed..However, there is a note from VO about the receipt of RPRF,.. It brings some sort of relief..
