LSWR 8-7-7-7 in IELTS

All,

If I want to get CBL9 (LSWR 8-7-7-7) in IELTS, how many right answers should I have out of the total questions?

i.e. for 8 in Listening I would have 38/40 good answers, am I right? What about reading, etc?

Why not try and get all the questions right and aim for a 9 in all? That would be the best way to prepare IMO. Just my 2 cents.

listening - 35,36-8, (37,38)-8.5, (39,40)-9
reading - 35-7.5, 37,38-8, 39-8.5, 40-9

Probably you are right, it's a matter of studying and preparing hard, anything can goes!

35 out of 40 to get 8 in listening looks like it's not hard though
