and in all honesty 51% is too low!
a high score in IELTS( 7+) will only give your profile a little boost!
but if you scored low because of some genuine family, health or some other problems provide proofs
moreover
if you are seriously gonna apply you need to have a very strong SOP!
(my answer will probably be unsatisfactory , so wait for the reply of senior members!)

but how will you justify your gap in case you apply on 10th basis only?? as you already mentioned you have done your 12th
although you have not shared your full details still i recommend you to go after bachelors! and secure at least 65% above! as your case is kind of risky!
