Low Ielts bands score for the study permit in Quebec

Experts, received a college admission letter with current IELTS results (Speaking 5.5 , Reading 5, rest above 6). Am I good to get the study permit ?

Scores are very low so you must have been accepted to a private college. You keep asking the same questions & no one can tell you that you will be approved or refused. You will not know until you apply & get a response. Language tests are just one factor.
