low CSR score 360 to 370 ,what are the chances of getting EI &which all provinces might send invite

with as low score as 360 to 370 what are the chances of getting EI if a person is in teaching profession having experience in Senior Secondary schools.
what is the best way to apply in order to get EI?
Which all provinces do/might invite such candidates

The only negative factor might be if you read other posts on this forum it is often stated that there is a surplus of teachers in Canada generally. More qualified teachers than jobs available.
