Hey guys, so I have just found this site in the last couple of weeks and have to say I love it!! My partner and I are going to be applying for my residency as soon as our taxes come back next year, I'm pretty worried but just reading all the posts on here has really helped me with the process we're going to be going through :) I'm realising I'm going to have to start work pretty soon to get all my 'proof' together, thank god it's only three years worth! And I'm pretty thankful at least one of us keeps emails and fb messages too! From the sound of it applying through London is one of the quicker routes so hopefully next xmas I'll be landed as a present for myself and the boyf...
Thanks for all the success stories to keep the spirits up and fingers crossed for anyone having hard times!

Welcome to the forum, Jen!.
Without a doubt London outland applications get done in record times under 3 months if provided enough evidence and all the correct paperwork filled out...
Best of luck.

Best of luck to you Jen and welcome!

I agree that outland sponsorship is much quicker than Inland. Myself and my hubby are going through inland though, we just can't bear to be apart.

I`m a big fan of this site too. I`ve been reading topics and responses of forum members. I find it informative and inspiring. I also share the joy of all members who got their visas especially after a long ordeal. So after spending countless of hours here i finally decided to be a member. We will be sending our application soon so it will be my turn to ask questions and i know a concerned member will take the time to answer.

Promise i won`t ask about how to pay the RPRF ;D

Good thing, brook!.
The questions are so repetitive it gives the impression people don't bother to read in full the Sponsorship Guides which tell you just about everything about the process. Or at the very least Leon's Spousal Sponsorship thread which is posted here on top of all the threads.
Welcome to the forum.

I credit this forum and all the friendly people willing to share their knowledge for our super fast application processing time (Accra is usually 10-22 months, we were done in less than 2). I would never have put in the application I did if not for this forum.

It also saved me about $2500 because I definitely would have hired an immigration consultant, not knowing I could do it so easily on my own.

Although our immigration story has ended and my husband is here now, I stay on this forum and try to help where I can as my way of giving back and hopefully helping someone as so many helped me.

Welcome to the forum.

Yes the people here are great, the collective knowledge available on this site is worth millions of dollars.

Good luck with your application.

Welcome, the forum is great indeed, but sometimes just reading what people are going through is stressfull and depressing.
