My name is Van Vuong Dinh. I am staying in Canada in a post graduated work permit. I travel back to Vietnam and I had lost my Vietnamese passport and TRVvisa inside. I did a new passport and have it now. However, I need to have my TRV visa be issued in my new passport. Plus I an holding my workpermit with me.
Please instruct me what link could I apply for reissued my visa . If now what applcation form should I get and can you provide it for me please. And what document I need to prepare ?
