Lost PR Card, Travelling Issues

I recently got my PR card and I went to back home and got married.

1.) I lost my PR card and I am in the united states. what is my situation now, can I travel by road with out PR card. Can I travel with passport and conformation of pr copy.
2.) Do I need to inform at border that I have got married or do I need to inform while I am in the USA or Can I do that after come to Canada. With in how many days I have to report about my marriage to CIC. please give some advice

Hi, Good Day!

We were a PR card holder and got it last January 2017. We arrived in Canada last November 2012 and it's been 4 year's and 4 month since then, and we are planning to go back in Canada permanently. But our PR card and SIN lost. What documents do I need to prepare and provide to back in Canada. Because our PR card's are going to expired early next year. Can you please give some advise regarding this matter.
