Lost PR Card Replacement Issue Date??? Please Help!

Hello All,

I lost my pr card and would like to get it replaced, on the application form under section F, it asks for the issue date of the card, is it the date when you first became a pr? or the actual issue date of that card(which doesn't say anywhere on the card, it only says the expiry ate)..

5 years is the usual validity for PR Cards so count back from expiry date. Those under residency review get a 1 year validity card. CIC have the info on their records so don't sweat it - you can always include a supplementary/additional page stating you don't remember the issue date.
