I lost my PR card and applied for a new one in April and here is my timeline:
1. Received application on April 26th, 2021
2. We send you an acknowledging receipt of your application on August 17th, 2021
3. We started processing your application on August 17th, 2021
My status has been showing "Decision Made" since around September but I have received no updates about my PR card. I was wondering what the "decision made" exactly means? I have tried submitting a web form about this a few months ago but did not get a reply as it was not a priority inquiry. I submitted another one today and I am waiting for a response. I'm worried that my application will be cancelled because somehow I did not get notified about my PR card and 180 days pass. Can someone help me on what to do with my current situation please? Is there a way to directly talk to someone about this? I tried calling an IRCC office but no one picks up...
