Hello, I wish someone could help. Really appreciated!
My son and I became PR since 2011.08.13, I lost our PR cards last week 2013.08.20 :'(. Now I am preparing the applicaiton for the replacement PR cards.

I was confused about the "additional documents of proof of residence in Canada". That I need to sumbit "Photocopies of all pages of all passports you held in the past five (5) years (if your stamps are not in English or French, please have them translated, see section on Translation of documents)Translation of documents."

Questions:
1.Do I really need to enclose every page on the passport, including the blank pages?
2. I have only became PR for 2 years. My older passport does not have any record of entering Canada. Do I need to submit them as well?

My son has to go to primary school in China, which will be completed in June 2014. Due to this reason, since the day we became PR in 2011.08.13, we have been absent from Canada for 650 days. For the replacement card application, "for all school-aged children, written records verifying attendance within the past five (5) years. "

Questions:
1. Do I need to sumbit the written records of attendance from the Primary school in China?
2. If we apply for the replacement PR cards. Will we have the chance to lose our PR status?

Again, thank you fo rreading and helping.
