Lost permit paper

I am a returning student for quebec and have recently had to renew my permit which has been approved , however i had an accident recently and the letter they sent got lost ... :'(
As i need to return to quebec on tuesday : is it possible to go at the immigration at the airport and have a new one printed out ?
Or do i need a special application?
I can provide with all supporting documents including the confirmation letters and my university letter and CAQ.
Thank you for your help

(Btw i have tried multiple times to contact CIC and other points of information without success)

Sorry i might have been unclear : what i meant was it is my first entry with the newly renewed permit : there is no visa paper on my passport yet

You may want to contact Canadian High Commission about it.

Just get to airport they just just need ur passport mo n will sort out themselves don't worry
