lost passport

Hi,
Im a Sri Lankan citizen currently lives in UK with dependent visa. I received Canada Visa till 2024 in April 2018. I lost my Sri Lankan Passport in May and I received my new (Sri Lankan) passport last week.

Should I apply for canada visa again or is there a possibility to get it re-stamped?

please kindly help me.

New visa + include evidence, police reports, affidavits, etc for the loss of the previous passport

Do I have to reapply for visa? Kindly let me know the process.
I do have the a police report and the new passport which mentions about the lost passport number

You must apply for a new TRV/new visa application + include an explanation/police report/affidavit, etc that states your passport was lost
