Hi everyone,
I’m a Pakistani citizen living and working in Berlin, Germany on a Blue Card. My Canadian visitor visa was issued at April 2025 and valid until September 2027 on my Pakistani passport.
While visiting Canada recently, I lost my passport that contained the visa. I filed a police report, obtained a new passport from the Pakistani embassy in Toronto, and have now returned to Berlin.
Since my valid Canadian visitor visa is in the lost passport, I want to know:
Any guidance or links to official instructions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

- What is the official procedure to get that lost visa transferred or reissued in my new passport?
- Do I need to apply for a new visa, or is there a specific process for lost visas?
Any guidance or links to official instructions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
