lost my pr status while outside canada

hey can anyone help me. i lost my pr status in 2010 while i was in india . actually i went to canada in 2008 , stayed there for 6 months but then i had to return along with my parents because they did not allow me to live their at that age. But now after completing my graduation in india, i really want to resettle in canada.what should i do ? what is the procedure for making an appeal

I don't know, from the information that you provide, that you could have any hope of an appeal succeeding.
You will either need to be responsored by your parents as a dependant child or you will have to apply on your own merit. Can you offer any other reasons why you think you should be able to win an appeal?

You need to apply for a PR travel document through the embassy in New Delhi. They are instructed to give special consideration to young people who fail to meet the residency obligation because they were removed from Canada as minors by their parents and are returning first chance after reaching adulthood.
