Can some body help me what I do If I landed on nov 2008 and stay for 3 months and came back to my home countery and 9 months ago I lost My passport which holds the Immigrant Canadian Visa , I am planning to go back in 30 dec 2011 with a new Passport ,
Second question ; what is the success percentage if I appear before Judge to apeal because of human reasons to meet the residency obligatios ( the himan reasons is that my wife and childern are living in a critical area which is unsafe for the las year 2011);
