LOST/MISSING medical exams

Hello.. I need help.
CIC lost/ have no idea where my meds are.
They said it is in ottawa but who knows. My app won't be complete until that gets to my VO abroad. (stage 2)
Is there a number I can call or an email to get a hold of the responsible?
All my VO has been telling me for the past month is to wait.

Call your MP or redo medical.
It's the only thing left to your app or there's something else like convicted or charged of some crime, problems with adoption, etc?

No.. my app is pretty straightforward.
No kids, no crimes, no STD, nothing, nothing, nothing.
No way I'm paying $300 dollars again unless they refund me for their mistake.

Do you have a copy of your med exam? If I were you, I'd rather pay whatever amount to see my wife earlier. I would not waste anymore time on the irresponsibility of CIC.

Just do it again and don't think of the $300 bucks. Your family is more important than those paper money. If I was you I would do it 100 times just to be with my family together.
