Lost List of Goods to follow

Hi! I made my landing in Dec 2017 and was hoping to move in early 2018 but some opportunities kept me in US till now. My company is now moving me to Vancouver and I’m planning to start moving in July and just realized I cannot find my list of goods. I can’t find any advice on what to do with this. Any recommendations or advice?

what did you end up doing? i'm in the same boat, i soft-landed in jan 2020 and then returned immediately, tbh i dont even remember if i filled the BSF form
