hey guys anyone who has the same experience. i sent my canadian express entry pr application in september. i tracked it and it reached the cio by september 18, 2014. we were waiting for emails and mails till february 2015 for aor but nothing happened. when i called the cic call center they told me that our papers was returned in october 2014 but i told them we didn't receive anything and up to now we don't know what happened to it nor what was lacking in our papers because we didn't receive any in the first place. they told me it could have been lost in canada post and there is no tracking number because its a regular mail. so we don't know what happened to it. what is best for me to do now as its too late now to apply because there is no more CEC application being the express entry has now begun. please comment
