they thing about not planning a future together
Really its so much, they have no mercy.....I think if I remember correctly you must wait now before you try again for sponsorship. What are your "red flags"?

You lost for today ... But you still have chance next time... Probably have a kid with your partner... Then stay with her longer.. Once you had a kid that changes everything ...

If the partner in canada cant sacrifice a year stay with the one outside then for sure your relationship is conditional... And if i would be an officer i'd do the same

Stay together for a year and have a kid... Then im sure you'd be approve on the next app

the visa officer said our marraige is not genuine , different culture , quick Engagement
How long were you together before being married?

we met each other in avril 2009 and she came to visit me in july 2010 and december 2010 we got married

did you hire a lawyer to help with your appeal?

Spending money towards an appeal and grieving on it afterwards... Why dont you just spend a quality amount of time together gather evidence or make them then re apply for a year... That would be a sure approve... Now since you lost an apeal... You cant re apeal unless you have new and credible evidence to show otherwise it's still gonna be the same answer no

I cannot believe you lost your appeal! I am at lost for the right words! My heart squeezed at the news. What happened exactly? My case is similar to yours... I met my husband in person for the first time in July 2010, then I returned in December 2010 to get married. And you don't have a large age gap like us, right?

What did your lawyer tell you as for the next step? You can appeal in a higher court, you knew that? But it is one year of more waiting :(

My heart goes out to you. I know you must be both of you in tremendous pain. The other option would be for your wife to live with you in Morocco. We even considered that when the Minister's counsel refused us at the end of the hearing. May Allah give you the so needed strength!
