Loss of current job and going without a job..

Hi...guys please help on this

I applied as a skilled worker in june 2008 under NOC 2175 and 4131 and I know there is no more NOC 2175
and my only hope is NOC 4131 with 3-4 years experience.

When I was applying I had a job but now I'm out of job.

Will it be a problem if I don't do a job, that's going without a job and submit my documents when asked.

But 2175 still get points?..how come if it's not in the new NOC list get points..pls clarify further

Lets put it this way,
To get points all your work experience counts but to qualify you need at least 1 yr under the new list.
