Losing My Mind with CIC

So I applied for a parent's sponsorship in June 2011. I received an acknowledgement of receipt and in 2015 and requests for additional info. I submitted and received a confirmation. Then I received a notice in January 2016 saying that they need the original of the document I had submitted in 2011. I submitted this document in March 2016. I have not heard from CIC since. I keep on calling and I always get "we cannot take your call now". How long before they process my sponsorship application?????

Your process sounds pretty standard. It's normal for CIC to request updated versions of the original forms. I'd recommend you join the following thread:
