Loosing points to age is SDS viable option

Feedback on opting for SDS if some one is loosing points to age (CLB 10,ECA masters) current CRS 454 NOC 3215. If I go for PGD or diploma in Canada CRS will boost up to 478 . Input from experts appreciated.​
