I am sponsoring my Taiwanese wife to come to Canada and she needs to get a police report from Guangzhou Province in China. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to get this. Has anyone had experience with this?
There is a website, www.beijingesc.com/china-pcc/198-get-china-pcc-in-guangzhou.html, and am wondering if you can get a legitimate police record from this site?
