Me and my partner both arrived here as intl students and we are now on PGWP...
We are looking to get married here in Canada.. does anybody know what formalities are required and how to go about it?

Depends on the province. Google "getting married in" + the province name.

To be legally married - you need a marriage certificate. and in order to apply for it, you'll need to pay some fee, provide certain identifications, and meet some requirements (witnesses..etc). Just like the other member has said - you should look up how to obtain a marriage certificate/license in your province.
