Hey everyone, looking for some help with the below query. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
My application for PR is nearly done, however my wife's new passport failed a police verification check due to her address being the same as her maiden name one.
We've tried unsuccessfully to visit the Regional Passport Office three times to get the application closed and the passport seva website also says the application is closed, however there seems to be a need for "closure letter" to reapply for her fresh passport.
Does anyone have any experience with procuring this closure letter and its need to reapply for a new passport?
