Not clear what your question is. If you are inquiring about coming to Canada as a refugee, here are a few thing to consider.

If you want to immigrate, start here:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada.html

You’ll need a passport to apply.

Go to the Pakistani embassy in Cyprus and report your passport lost/stolen. They will issue a new one.

As a refugee:

You either need to claim refugee status with the UNHCR in Cyprus and be recognized by them or claim in Canada. You can’t do the second one without a passport.

If I find it difficult to believe you can’t return to anywhere in Pakistan because of one girlfriends family, you can bet IRCC will too. This is a civil/criminal matter and isn’t considered persecution. It’s not valid grounds for a refugee claim. Your application would be rejected.

If you fear for your life in Pakistan you can claim asylum in Cyprus which is likely the first safe country you entered after leaving Pakistan.

From what he described, it looks to me like he is most likely there illegally (or does not have a work permit) or at least most likely is working illegally.
Otherwise, such work conditions are not acceptable at all.
1. you need to solve your current situation in Turkish Cyprus
2. you might have options to live in a different city or region in Pakistan to avoid the angry family. Furthermore you can file with local police if you feel threatened. So your chances for asylum are really low).
