Looking for Good University in Canada

Hi Experts,

I am from India and I am looking for a good university to do MS (Computer Science) in Canada. I have completed BE (ECE) and currently working as a Database Administrator.
What is the procedure to get the VISA process and others. Please suggest me on this.

Below are the aggregates of mine.

10th - 64.2%
12th - 70.16%
BE - 69%
