With the forum here, we don’t really need consultants. I’m sponsoring my korean wife so I can help with the application and the korean specific stuff.

Thank you so much! My wife just got her criminal record from Korean and it turns out that she got a fraud charge for failing to pay a debt that she co-signed for a friend 9 years ago... I am very worry on how to approach and how it will affect her application. Initial talks with friends suggest that I talk to an immigration lawyer... anyone in similar situation can share ?
