London visa office timeline

Hi

I am currently living outside the uk, but will apply through the London office. However, I am leaving my job in July and will arrive in the UK, July 20th,2011. However, I want to submit my application before this time so I can try and arrive in the UK just before they request my passport.

What month do you think would be best to apply. I was thinking mid-april. What do you think?
