I am planning to contact the embassy to start the process.

Do I need to send all paperwork now (as per appendix 1) including proof of funds/certificates etc or do I have time to collate this?

Thanks in anticipation

start with reading www.cic.gc.ca

Thanks but I have already looked at this website but seem to be getting nowhere.

I have been given conflicting information.

I have been informed that you have 4 months to submit all required forms and now looking at the websites it appears all paperwork/certificates need to be submitted intially.

I am in the dark so further, specific assistance would be great.

Thanks

do you mean you have successfully gone through the initial approval at CIO Sydney and now have been given 4 months (i.e. 120 days) to submit your full documents to your visa office? if yes, then refer to the checklist for your visa office available at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled-mission.asp. you didn't specify which is your visa office, but you should be able to find the checklist for your visa office at the link i provided above.

He just wants us to do all the dirty work for him.

Thanks for your responses.

I meant that I have not sent anything in yet. Do you need to send initial forms off first then the rest of the docs, or do you have to send all docs in at the start of the process?

visit the link as recommended: www.cic.gc.ca

All required information to submit initial application are explicitly explained.
