LONDON CHC AND EMAIL REPLIES!!

I did receive the confirmation letter after I sent the first enquiry email, and that was in January 2010. After that I haven’t received any confirmation letter; however all of them were replied except for the last one before two weeks.
I’m not sure if it good practice to send another enquiry? Previously all my enquiries were limited and for justifiable reasons.

I have sent another email to them anyway as they have not replied to email queries. They are just keeping us in the dark and we all are getting anxious now.

yes. i sent London two emails. first was related to new postal address/email update. they replied on 28th day and the same day i could see the updates made in eCAS as well. The second email i sent was to check how long will the AOR take and they replied on the 28th day that my app has been trasferred to London and will be processed in London... that was the only case specific useful info for me. rest was the same standard wait and we ll let you know stufffffffffff.

Well, I think VO monitors the queries frequency per applicant. Applicants with so many queries get delayed responses (not cases), I presume!
