Login help needed MyCIC page

Dear Everyone,

I have forgotten my USER ID for MyCIC page, is there any way we can regain access? I remember my password and answers to all my security questions but forgot the User Id. I tried forgot password and tried guessing my user ID with no luck. I also tried creating a new GC key and linking my existing application which was unsuccessful as well. Anyway I can get my user id back ? Please advise. Thanks.

When you setup your profile they might have sent you an email with your username. Search your emails from CIC. It may be in there.

I have forgotten my id couple of times.
Every time I forget my id, I will try to register from start, the moment you enter your uci the system automatically recognizes the existing profile and directs you to it with your new Id password.

Hi Andy,

Thank you. I do not have an ITA yet, I only have my EE profile #, is there any way I can regain access? I tried creating a new GC key and entering my EE profile # and IELTS test #, it say they found a profile but the system is unavailable. What is UCI # please?

Hello,

Thanks for you response, I tried calling the phone numbers but the only thing they said is to create a new GC key and try again. I told them it wont work but they said its the only option.
