LOE not visible in list of documents submitted

Hello All,

I submitted my PR application and got my AOR but although i submitted LOE, I don't see my LOE in the list of documents.
not sure if it is normal or a bug from the IRCC side as i am 100% sure i submitted it

This has been asked and answered multiple times in this forum. You can search for previous threads like this. It’s a system glitch. Mine disappeared as well from my profile all through out from AOR until I received a decision. IRCC received it for sure, if it gives you peace of mind, you can raise a technical glitch on your IRCC account and take a screenshot of the missing LOE as evidence for upload.
