Locked out of MyCIC account

I hadn't checked it for a few weeks and totally goofed on my answers and got it locked, is there seriously no way to get your account back?

I have payed and submitted all my stuff, I'd hate to think it's all gone.

No one even has a suggestion of a step to take? I'm not sure how reliable the call centrers are....

To unlock your account you have to phone CIC. Unfortunately that is the only way.

It depends where you are located. If you are in Canada call 1-888-242‑2100.

I am in the same situation. Nothing has worked so far...I tried to call the toll-free number, but not accessible since I am outside Canada. I wrote to tech support, and nobody replied so far.

Is there any way to recover the account?
