loan compulsory?

i see people talking about loans even after mentioning they paid fee and gic

what is that about?

and for me...i will be going for 2 year course...will that mean I have to show gic and fee for 2 years?

or both just for 1 year?

whats with the loan everyone is talking about?

it's not mandatory to take loan if you have done your GIC, you just need to pay the fee of your 1st semester & its up to you, you can apply for visa after gic but to make your case more strong its good to pay the 1 semster fee. so it will bright up your chances.

i have applied for visa on 27th nov under general catogery for sheridan collge i have paid 1st sem fee and have taken loan of 15 lakhs and have submitted loan letter and 1st sem fee receipt and it returns on 6lakhs per year of 2yrs for financial docs is that ok or i have to show more funds for visa im worried?

paying the fee of semester is good, your loan amount is fine but if you show a good amount in your sponsor is bank account it would increase your chances to convience the visa officer, on the first rejection point that's you do not have sufficent funds & if u have good funds in your sponsar account their 2nd rejection that you will leave canada after your studies will automatically resolved.
