You can call Service Canada and ask them to confirm that it is real. There should be a confirmation number at the top of the page. Give them that. It can be difficult to get through to a live person sometimes but if you let me know which province the work is located I can post the number. You could also seek out a Regulated Consultant on the ICCRC website and send an inquiry to one of the consultants.
