So my husband is in the process of doing an LMO, we have an immigration lawyer and I have been calling my lawyers office to check the status of our application so far and this is how it started:
January 2013-2 weeks advertisement
Last week of March 2013- advertisement validated
Now we are in mid April 2013 and my lawyers assistant told me that they need to send the LMO for the boss to sign through fax.
Im just confused on when the boss has to sign, is it before the LMO is sent to HRSDC or is it sent to HRSDC then its sent to the boss for a signature.?
Can someone please tell me how this whole LMO process works.
Which steps are taken.
I want to ask my lawyer but he is always so busy. So that is why im on here, in desperate need for serious answers.
