My prospective employer in Alberta, I am still waiting for my LMO. Please anyone help me. Almost 14 weeks anyone please give me details.

I guess that following the next forum room will help you, there are many postings about this, but it is taking about that time 14 or more weeks to get answer for LMO,

You can follow the thread here for LMO wait time in Alberta. Average seems to be up to 14-15 weeks.
