LMO for Live-inCaregiver HELP

We have a 9 month old baby and we want to hire a Live in Caregiver preferably from the Philippines. We paid an agent to get this done when I was still pregnant but unfortunately we got screwed up,nothing was done. Can someone help us thru the requirements. And could an undergrad (4th yr nursing) be eligible for the job?She is my sister.

Get a Canada Revenue Business Number

Advertise with the job bank for the position to show recruitment efforts, for at least 14 days. This is to prove that no Canadian citizen or PR applied/qualified for the position. You will need to submit a summary of the recruitment efforts to send together with application for LMO later.

Sign a contract. Note that you sister being an undergraduate nursing student may not qualify if she did not have at least a year experience as a nanny or caregiver.

Send the LMO application to HSRDC.

You need copy of the latest Notice of Assessment; caregiver's room description.

Send the copy of the LMO to your sister once you received a positive one.

You need to justify why your sister is the best candidate for the position.
