LMO EXTENSION FOR EMPLOYER before expiration.

Hello,
I am a new restaurant owner. I have an approved LMO to bring over a sushi chef who is Philippino coming from Dubai India. His work permit is still in process and my LMO expires in june 2013. I am wondering if there is any way I can get an extension on the LMO if needed?
